Book an Event
Looking to book with Party In A Box? Follow these four simple steps to register:
- Check our calendar for availability for your date
- Fill out the Contract Form
- Send in $400 Deposit
- Fill out the Event Form (2 weeks prior to event)
Once you have finished filling out the form and send the payment in for the contract, you’re locked in. Once we receive the contract and the deposit, you will see your name appear on the calendar online.
Where do you go from there?
About 2 weeks prior to your reception we will need you to go online and fill out our event form. This will answer a lot of questions that you may have about your reception. Once we receive that form we will be contacting you the week of your reception to talk about details on times, and how you would like your reception to flow. If you would like to take care of this prior to the week before we will be glad to accommodate.
